The famous fashion house Oscar de la Renta continues to innovate at Bridal Fashion Week in New York City. This season the collection is geared for the modern bride, as well elements taken from nature. Several gowns include floral lace and appliques, while three-dimensional fern embroidery adds a fresh take on organic inspiration.

The “Sophie” skirt is styled to juxtapose the femininity of a full, alabaster tulle skirt that looks straight out of the 1950s with the edge of a white tank top and a cream denim jacket with “Just Married” embroidered on the back. For women who aren’t into dresses but still want to appear bridal, the “Margaux” jumpsuit offers a great alternative. The guipure lace top contrasts the stretch silk georgette of the pant and Japanese-inspired obi box on the back. A vanilla tuxedo – “Liene”– can still dazzle when matched with the metallic silver sequined corset.
