- 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom
- 2 dashes cranberry bitters
- 3 oz. Fever Tree soda water
- 1 cranberry to garnish
Combine all ingredients and serve in a wine glass over ice. Garnish with a cranberry.
- 2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3.5 oz. chilled chamomile tea to top
Combine all ingredients and serve in a glass over ice. Add chilled tea and garnish with lemon slices.
Crimson & Clover Sparkler
Coconut Clove Sugar Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 grapefruit wedge
- 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
- 2 oz. pomegranate juice
- 3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1 oz. Fever Tree soda water
- pomegranate seeds
First make the coconut clove sugar by combining the ingredients in a bowl and mixing well. Then pour onto shallow plate, use grapefruit wedge to rim your glass, and dip the rim in the coconut clove sugar. Add ice to glass and set aside.
Combine Ketel One Botanical, pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, and pinch of ground cloves in a shaker with ice. Shake, then pour through a sieve into the sugar-rimmed glass. Finish with soda water and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
- 2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 2 slices cucumber
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 slice serrano or jalapeno pepper
- 1.5 oz. club soda to top
Muddle cucumber, serrano, and mint leaves with lime juice and agave syrup in a shaker tin. Add Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint and lightly shake with ice for eight seconds. Strain into glass over ice. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
Lady Kombucha Cooler
- 1 1/2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint
- 1 lemon wedge, squeezed and juiced
- 3 oz. Health-Ade Pink Lady Apple Kombucha
- 1 thinly sliced apple to garnish
- 1 lemon twist to garnish
Add the Ketel One Botanical and the lemon juice to a chilled glass with ice. Top with kombucha and garnish with the apple slice and lemon twist.
Sumac Salty Dog
Sumac Salt Rim Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sumac
- 2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose
- 2 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 oz. Fever Tree club soda
Combine the sumac and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Pour it out evenly on a small, flat plate. Take a rocks glass and rub the rim with a slice of grapefruit, then gently dip the rim into the sumac salt.
Add ice cubes to sumac salt-rimmed glass. Add the remaining ingredients and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
