VAR Events offers Wedding and Event Planning Service Packages to meet your individual needs. We understand that there are elements which may be completely new to you, areas you’re not confident in, other tasks that you’d prefer to be handled for you and perhaps just not enough hours in the day! VAR Events eliminates worry and brings our wealth of knowledge in the wedding and event industry to your Day. Whether you choose from our signature Wedding Planning Service Packages or have us tailor something personally specific, VAR Events aims to provide your Day with all the necessary tools to ensure it exceeds your expectations. SMALL PRIVATE EVENTS Celebrate your precious moment with a design plan, day of set up & take down. We will assist in planning the decor. Small private events are less than 100 guests in attendance and require a lead time of four weeks. Need something faster? Our expedited private event service can accommodated you as well. Please inquire. WEDDING DAY OF COORDINATION Day of Coordination package begins one month before the wedding. This package begins with a meeting at the venue to gain a full understanding of the wedding location and details for the big day. After this meeting the bride and groom will work with a VAR coordinator to develop a wedding day timeline and itinerary. This will involve the organization of the ceremony events, the logistical details of the vendors and the important reception events. The coordinator will attend the rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party to insure a smooth wedding day. WEDDING DESIGN ONLY This package is perfect for clients that already have there venue and need a professional event designer to pull together their inspirations. Based on a design consultation and compilation of pins or pictures, we will develop a design plan that fits your individual style and budget. This unique design plan will be executed through meetings and contracts with the following vendors: florist, rentals, linens, cake, invitations, wedding day paper suite, lighting, and any other design related, personal detailing. WEDDING FULL SERVICE PLANNING With our hands wrapped around every logistical detail of your wedding, from finding the perfect venue, assisting you in budget allocation to designing a gorgeous event, you can rest assured that your special day will be perfect. you’ll likely consider us to be your vendor curator, budget supervisor, fee negotiator, etiquette adviser, stationery proofreader, cake tasting attendant (our favorite!), personal stylist, and more often than not, a listening ear. Your wedding coordinator will guide you through the entire planning process, and then oversee the wedding day from start to finish.
